Two decades spent leading people, performance and operations across multiple business units inside large national organisations made one thing clear: the gap between a business performing at its potential and one that is not is almost never a skills gap.

The training industry's response to this has largely been the same for thirty years: a two-day workshop, a workbook and a certificate. Turnkey Talent was founded because that approach is not good enough.
